College Excellence Awards 2009
At our 2009 Excellence Awards Ceremony, more than 50 awards were presented to our outstanding learners, staff and employer partners. The winners, their friends and family and an invited audience were treated to musical performances by College learners, and a speech by our VIP guest, David Lammy MP.
Computing Excellence Award
Moses Akwagiobe enrolled with the College in 2006 on an introductory IT course. He has since progressed through his Access to HE course with Distinctions and is now studying a computing degree at the prestigious King’s College London. His teacher Laila Hassanzadeh says ‘he worked extremely hard and is an outstanding student’.
